Al Akaria - Porta Jeddah on King Abdulaziz Road
Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) plans to construct a mixed-use development on a 48,000 sqm area in the An-Nahdah District along King Abdulaziz Road directly opposite the Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The development is designed to combine business, dining, shopping, and cultural gathering spaces with plazas, landscaped open areas, and entertainment facilities.
Built-up area 123,000 square meters.
The US$122 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of a 4-star, 183-key Canopy by Hilton Hotel
2. Construction of 55 serviced apartments
3. Construction of food and beverage outlets
4. Construction of two retail and food and beverage buildings
5. Construction of a leisure and cinema facility
6. Construction of Grade B+ office spaces
7. Construction of exhibition centers
8. Construction of parking facilities
9. Implementation of infrastructure works
10. Construction of associated facilities
