Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is planning to develop a Tennis Centre Project in Saudi Arabia. A High Performance Training Centre featuring hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, world class gym and well spaces. The development forms part of the wider Qiddiya Golf Community and will provide dedicated facilities to host tennis training and competitions. The project is expected to include multiple tennis courts and supporting buildings for players and visitors, with associated site access and utilities to serve the venue’s day-to-day operations.

The US$800 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a tennis court (15,000 center court seat capacity and a total seating capacity of 33,000 seats)

2. Construction of 30 courts

3. Construction of administrative office, meeting rooms, and conference halls

4. Construction of internal and external sports facilities

5. Construction of a new pitch

6. Construction of new rooms for players

7. Irrigation and drainage facilities

8. Infrastructure works

9. Construction of car parking facilities

10. Installation of safety and security systems

11. Construction of associated facilities
