Humain - 6GW AI Data Centre Campus in Riyadh
Saudi artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure company Humain, owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is planning to undertake the development 6GW hyperscale AI data centre campus in Al-Saad area in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The 6GW hyperscale AI data centre campus is planned to be on a 24-square-kilometre site in the Al-Saad area in the Al-Saad area approximately 130 km east of Riyadh. The campus will be delivered in two phases across six plots, each with a capacity of 1GW. Plots 1 & 2 will be developed in the first phase and plots 3, 4, 5 & 6 will be in the second phase.
It will comprise multiple data centre buildings for high-density AI computing, supported by major power intake and distribution assets, cooling plants, and resilient telecom links. The campus will include security-controlled access, operations and maintenance areas, and supporting utility and service infrastructure to enable round-the-clock operation.

The main contract tender has been issued for Infrastructure works and the bid submission deadline is on May 08, 2026. Egis Group, Hatch, JLL and Turner & Townsend are the client consultant and PMO on the project.
