Diriyah Company is planning to undertake the construction of One Hotel as part of the Diriyah Gate Development Program Phase 2 located on the western side of the capital Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The US$192 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of hotel buildings (G+4, 3 blocks(A,B, C), 325 keys)
- Standard King (8,981 sqm)-217units
- Standard Double Queen (2,445 sqm) - 60 units
- Junior Suite (2,021 sqm)-31 units
- Suite (1,293 sqm) - 16 units
- Presidential Suite (157 sqm) 1 unit

3. Construction of swimming pool
4. Construction of a cafe
5. Construction of a spa
6. Construction of parking facilities
7. Construction of associated facilities

The JV of BEC Arabia and Ashoka Buildcon Limited has been appointed as the main contractor for the project.

BEC Arabia has emerged as the frontrunner on the project.

Market sources indicate that the main contract bids were submitted on 11 October 2025 and it is expected to be awarded soon. Hasan Allam, Alfanar Construction and Shapoorji Pallonji amongst others submitted the bids. Dewan Architects & Engineers is the lead consultant and KBR is working as the PMC on the project.
