AirTrunk/ Humain - 1000MW Data Centre: 250MW Data Centre Phase 1: 200MW Data Centre in Riyadh
Humain/AirTrunk, a Saudi artificial intelligence company is planning to undertake the construction of 200MW data center as a part of 1000MW Data Centre in Saudi Arabia.
It will include redundant power supply, advanced cooling systems optimized for GPU-dense racks, and high-bandwidth fibre connectivity for both regional and global access. The centre will serve both sovereign AI programmes and external enterprise customers, ensuring compliance with data sovereignty. Its design will incorporate the latest technology in power efficiency, cooling, and reliability to function continuously in a desert climate.
The US$1600 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of 200MW data center
2. Construction of an administrative space
3. Installation of electrical equipment
4. Installation of power systems
5. Installation of the safety and security system
6. Earthworks, site preparation, and land development
7. Testing, commissioning and reliability verification of systems

Nesma & Partners, James L Williams, Alec and the JV of El-Seif Engineering Contracting and Larsen & Toubro, JV of FCC construction and Alfanar Projects, and JV of Al Bawani and Orascom are invited to bid.
