Expo 2030 Riyadh is planning to undertake the construction of KSA Pavilion project in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Arabia Pavilion will serve as a flagship destination for visitors, situated on the eastern side of the Expo 2030 Riyadh master plan, within the Loop of Nations district. This pavilion is designed to host exhibitions, cultural and commercial showcases, and official events during the six-month Expo. The facility will include large exhibition halls, a VIP and protocol area, event and performance spaces, meeting rooms, food and retail areas, back-of-house operations, and enhancements to the external public realm to accommodate high visitor flows and ensure security.

This project is one of the key initiatives associated with Riyadh Expo 2030.

The US$100 million project included the following:

1. Construction of pavilion

2. Construction of the main pavilion structure and exhibition halls

3. Fit-out of galleries, immersive exhibition spaces, and content rooms

4. Construction of event spaces, auditorium or performance areas

5. Construction of VIP, protocol, and reception facilities

6. Construction of meeting rooms, offices, and operational control rooms

7. Installation of MEP systems (HVAC, power, lighting, fire protection)

8. Installation of ICT and AV systems (networks, displays, show controls)

9. Construction of food, retail, and visitor amenity areas

10. External works (hardscape, queuing areas, shading, wayfinding)

11. Security, access control, and crowd-management systems installation

12. Associated facilities
