Neom energy and water subsidiary, Enowa is undertaking the construction of the Renewable Energy Programme Solar and Wind Power Plant 55,000MW in Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia.

This project is a part of the Neom's renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) project.

The US$55,000 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a solar and wind power plant 3,000MW

2. Construction of a substation

3. Construction of solar panel bases

4. Installation of solar panels

5. Installation of transformers

6. Installation of control systems

7. Installation of a solar tracking system

8. Installation of solar panels

9. Installation of a generator

10. Laying of transmission line

11. Construction of associated facilities
