Bahrain Bay - Bahrain Bay Development
Bahrain Bay Development (BBD), a consortium formed by the global investors, is undertaking the construction of Bahrain Bay development in Manama, Bahrain.
Bahrain Bay Development is a new mixed-use development that will be constructed on the reclaimed islands i.e North Shore & North of Bahrain which stands opposite to 'The Avenues' and Diplomatic Area. The new development would connect to the country by North Manama Causeway.
The US$4,500 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of Dredging & reclamation in the first phase
2. Construction of Arcapita headquarters in the second phase
3. Construction of residential, retail and commercial facilities in the third phase.

5. Construction of Arcapita Bank Headquarter Building
