Diriyah Company - Diriyah Project: Diriyah 2: Boulevard Northwest: Waldorf Astoria Super Block
Diriyah Company is planning to undertake the construction of Waldorf Astoria Hotel in in the Boulevard Northwest as part of the Diriyah Gate Development Program Phase 2 located on the western side of the capital Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The 14-square-kilometre Diriyah development hosts this project in the Boulevard Northwestern district along the Grand Boulevard South and the Northern Arterial Road. The superblock comprises a 200-key Waldorf Astoria hotel, over 46 branded Waldorf Astoria residences, plus supporting commercial, residential and office spaces. It will serve hotel guests, brand-residence owners, shoppers and office users. The design aims to reflect both modern luxury and local heritage, integrating multiple facility types to create a vibrant urban node.

The US$695 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of hotel building(200 keys)
2. Construction of 46 branded residences
3. Landscaping and public realm works within the superblock area
4. Internal infrastructure: roads, walkways, parking and connectivity to surrounding network
5. Construction of associated commercial spaces (retail, shopping outlets)
6.Construction of office space components
7. Construction of wellness
8. Construction of 200 keys of various categories
9. Construction of pool bar

The JV of Hassan Allam Construction and UCC Holding has been appointed as the main contractor with an approximate value of SAR 2.6 billion (US$695 million) on the project.
