QIC - The Qiddiya Project: City Center: Sports Complex: E Games Arena (Fortress Arena)
Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is planning to construct an E Games Arena with a multi-purpose space over an area of 45,000 sqm in Qiddiya Uptown South as part of the city centre, also known as Qiddiya Village in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The facility will provide space for local, national, and international competition events.

The US$577 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of an e-gaming arena with a capacity of 5300 seats
2. Construction of spectator areas
3. Construction of auditorium
4. Construction of gaming zones
5. Construction of lounge or social areas
6. Construction of reception area
7. Construction of restrooms
8. Construction of food and beverage areas
9. Construction of storage spaces and staff facilities
10. Installation of lighting, audio, and visual systems, including screens, projectors, and sound systems
11. Grading works
12. Construction of associated works
