Diriyah Company - Diriyah Project: Diriyah 2: Northern Community: New Iconic Museum
Diriyah Company is planning to undertake the construction of the Saudi Arabian New Iconic Museum with a total GFA of 45,000 sqm in the Northern Community as part of the Diriyah Gate Development Program phase 2 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The US$455 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of museum (GFA 45,000 m2)
2. Construction of conference hall
3. Construction of restaurants
4. Construction of car parking facility
5. Landscaping works
6. Construction of associated facilities.
