Dar Al Arkan - Trump Tower in Jeddah
Dar Al Arkan Properties (a subsidiary of Dar Al Arkan) and SNASCO Holding, owned by Saleh Alsoraye, through a joint venture called Ibdaa Properties, are planning to undertake the construction of the Trump Tower ( Ex Lamborghini-branded residential tower and Ex Commendatore Tower) over an 11,928m2 area located on Jeddah Corniche Road, close to Al Nawras Square in Jeddah City, Saudi Arabia.
The US$531 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of a 47-story luxury residential building (200m high, 350 units)
- Fine Dining
- Cigar Lounge
2. Construction of retail units
3. Construction of parking facilities
4. Installation of elevators
5. Construction of swimming pool
6. Construction of the gym
7. Construction of Yoga zone
8. Construction of Trump Private Club
9. Construction of associated facilities

The enabling works have been completed on the project.

Arabian Construction Company has been appointed as the main contractor with an approximate contract value of SAR2 billion ($531 million) on the project.

The post-tender clarifications have been submitted on August 18, 2025. Soil testing and foundation works are ongoing on the project.

The post-tender clarifications were issued on August 9, 2025, and submissions are due on August 14, 2025.

The main contract bids are submitted in May 2025 and it is expected to be awarded soon. Market sources indicate that BEC Arabia, Arabian Construction Company, Nesma & Partners, Modern Building Leaders, Freyssinet, Saudi Binladin Group, China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation and Masah Specialized Construction amongst others have submitted the bids.
