Expo 2030 Riyadh Company (ERC), owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is undertaking the construction of site offices for the initial works of Riyadh Expo 2030 in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia.

The building will be developed by Expo 2030 Riyadh Company and occupy a built-up area of 15,970 sqm. Key component is the ERC building of 12,330 sqm over two levels (ground plus first floor). Its purpose is to provide administrative and operational facilities for early-stage construction of the Expo site. It will be connected to the Riyadh Metro network and located near King Salman International Airport and the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Centre.

This project is one of the key initiatives associated with Riyadh Expo 2030.
