Diriyah Company - Diriyah Project: Diriyah 2: Media and Innovation District: South Offices (Commercial Package)
Diriyah Company is planning to undertake the construction of the South Offices under Media and Innovation District (MBC) as part of the Diriyah Gate Investment Program phase 2, located on the western side of the capital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The US$420 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of office spaces ( 250,000 m2)
2. Construction of retail spaces ( 15,000 m2)
3. Infrastructure works
4. Installation of safety and security systems
5. Construction of associated facilities

BEC Arabia has been appointed as the main contractor on the project.

The main contract bids are expected to be awarded soon.

BEC Arabia, Mobco Civil Construction, Alfanar Group and Al Bawani amongst others submitted the main contract bids on the project and it is expected to be awarded soon.
