Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is undertaking the construction of the "Racecourse Venue," spanning approximately 1.3 million square meters in Qiddiya Entertainment City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The package forms part of the wider Qiddiya masterplan and focuses on delivering the main works for an outdoor sports and leisure venue. The development is expected to include the core racecourse facilities, spectator and event areas, and supporting back-of-house spaces to host sporting and live event operations. The works also typically require site-wide utilities connections, access arrangements, safety systems, and integration with the wider district infrastructure within Qiddiya.

The US$1161 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a racecourse venue complex (130hectares, 70,000 spectators)

2. Construction of equestrian venues(2.2 Kilometer main turf track, 2.4 Kilometer inner dirt track)

3. Construction of the 1,000-seat grandstand

4. Construction of the 110-m-long central parade ring positioned at the heart of the venue

5. Construction of cultural institutions

6. Construction of a large central park

7. Construction of shaded communal plazas

8. Construction of streets for walking and cycling

9. Construction of housing units

10. Construction of educational facilities

11. Construction of hospitality facilities

12. Construction of public infrastructure facilities

13. Temporary site facilities and services

14. Groundworks and substructure works

15. Construction of associated facilities
