Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is planning to develop main works for the Janadriyah Cultural District within Qiddiya project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The project forms part of a broader master plan covering about 360–376 square kilometers with multiple zones for entertainment, culture, sports, and hospitality. As of now, the project involves tendering hotels within the cultural district to support visitors of cultural attractions.

The US$100 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a cultural district (6 assets)

- Living heritage

- Wadi hotel

- Gateway hotel

- Community center

- Souk market

- Makers space

2. Construction of an exhibition center

2. Site preparation works

3. Excavation and foundation works

4. Installation of safety and security systems

5. Landscaping works

6. Construction of associated facilities
