DataVolt/ Humain - NEOM City: Oxagon: AI Data Center Campus: 360MW Data Centre (Phase 1): 100MW Data Centre
DataVolt, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vision Invest, and Humain, is planning to undertake the construction of a fully sustainable AI data center located in Oxagon, the industrial city within NEOM, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
The planned data centers are powered entirely by renewable energy and use liquid cooling, engineered "for minimal environmental impact and optimal efficiency, empowering businesses in today's distributed hybrid IT landscape with agile and eco-friendly solutions" and are expected to have a capacity exceeding 360MW.
The US$800 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of Tier III data centers (100 MW)
2. Construction of server rooms
3. Construction of control rooms
4. Installation of security systems
5. Installation of electrical equipment
6. Installation of safety and security equipment
