Saudi Royal Aviation is undertaking the construction of a royal aviation village in an area of 4,38,300 sqm at King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The development will deliver a dedicated operational base to support royal aviation activities at the airport. The works will include multiple buildings and related site infrastructure, with building systems and operational fit-out designed to support day-to-day aviation functions.

The SRA Village is located within the KSIA master plan with a purpose to build an aviation support complex designed to house aircraft maintenance, ground support, logistics, security, and associated operational facilities. Phase 1 of the Program comprised the concept design stage, which has been completed by the appointed design consultant, and SRA now seeks to advance the delivery of Phase 2, which encompasses the design development, detailed design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and close-out of the Works.
