Al Yasat Petroleum Operation (AYPO) ADNOC’s subsidiary and joint venture (JV) with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), has planned to construct the Belbazem full field development project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Belbazen block field consists of three oil-bearing structures namely Belbazen to produce 45,000 Barrels per day (BPD) of oil and 27 mmcf (765,000m3) per day of gas.

The US$900 million project includes the following:

1. Drilling of 60 wells

2. Laying of pipelines

3. Construction of WHT with four spitters

4. Construction of fuel gas system

5. Construction of closed drain and open drain system

6. Construction of fuel as sweetening unit

7. Construction of switchgear room

8. Construction of battery room

9. Construction of telecom equipment room

10. Construction of LER and control room

11. Construction of new GTG package

12. Installation of power system

13. Installation of a vapour recovery system

14. Installation of instrument and utility air unit

15. Installation of a hot oil system

16. Installation of nitrogen system

17. Installation of cooling water units

18. Installation of flare (HP & LP)

19. Installation of utility water units

20. Installation of portable water units

21. Installation of firewater units

22. Installation of electrical substation

23. Installation of 132 Kv electrical tie-ins

24. Installation of telecommunication facilities

25. Installation of associated facilities
