SEDCO - Al-Rawdah Complex in Jeddah
SEDCO Development (SEDCO) is coming up with a development of Al-Rawdah Complex which would have commercial, residential, and recreational units in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
It would be spread across an area of 70,000m2 which would consist of a multipurpose complex boasting a shopping mall, residential and commercial towers as well as a hotel offering to meet growing demand.
The first phase would have the commercial center including a variety of showrooms over its two floors covering an area of 26,000m2, and recreational areas, and other service amenities on 50,000m2 of the total siteâs area.
The US$200 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of a multi-purpose complex
2. Construction of commercial units
3. Construction of showroom
4. Construction of a hotel
5. Construction of recreational areas
6. Construction of parking facilities
7. Construction of associated facilities
