Saudi Aramco is planning to undertake the construction of a gas processing plant as a part of the Commercialisation of Unconventional Resources Jafurah Gas Plant in Saudi Arabia.

The current profile includes package 1.

The US$1500 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of two gas separation trains with the capacity of 1100mmscfd

a. Installation of inlet gas slug catcher

b. Installation of inlet condensate separator

c. Installation of coalescer feed pumps

2. Construction of 3 booster compressors units

3. Construction of 2 acid gas removal (AGRU) with the capacity of 568mmscfd each

4. Construction of 2 hydrocarbon condensate stabilization units with the capacity of 74mbd (raw condensate)

5. Construction of mercury removal & gas dehydration unit with the processing capacity of 523mmscfd (sweet gas)

6. Construction of gas dehydration unit with the processing capacity of 528mmscfd

7. Construction of 2 natural gas liquids (NGL) units with the capacity of 523mmscfd each (Sweet gas)

8. Construction 2 sales gas compression unit with the capacity of 233mmscfd

9. Construction of 8 associated buildings

a. Construction of emergency diesel generator building

b. Construction of process interface building

c. Construction of chemical storage shelter

d. Construction of OME building and sub-stations
